May is always a busy but fun month! On the adult side, Mom and Dad went to an annual Derby Party where dad won for best dressed male (mom's horse hat was a winner!). Dad played a bit of golf and we fit in time with friends between all the kid's activities.
Avery (10 years, 9 months) - Avery's fun-non school event of the month was definitely the Post Malone convert with dad. She learned some new words but loved the people watching and her new concert shirt. And what may have been her favorite moment of the month was getting her braces off after 18 months! She may have another round down the road but she is happy to be metal-free for a while.
Parker (13 years, 6 months) - May means Baseball is back in full swing for Parker. He wrapped up the Spring rec season, started summer all-star baseball and played with his Slammers team every weekend weather allowed! He wrapped up 7th grade with a strong Spring semester. Parker tolerates school but loves seeing his sweet friends. He is also excited to spend summer with his neighborhood friends and has already been putting the pool to good use.

Carter (15 years) - May was a big month for birthday boy Carter! He celebrated with several family events, lots of presents, a Braves game with dad, a Braves game with friends and getting his Driver's Permit. He has grown tremendously this past year and we are so proud of the young man he is becoming. Carter wrapped up a great 9th grade year making honor roll both semesters and staying involved in several activities. He has a busy summer planned but is definitely looking forward to sleeping in when he can!

Siblings - May brought the start of summer baseball schedules which includes both boys playing on the same team (when Parker's schedule permits). It is fun for mom/dad to watch them out there together! Avery tolerates it.
