Christmas Preparations

It's definitely looking like Christmas at the Holden House.  We have decorated every corner of the house with 5 Christmas trees.  Hung our stockings with care.  And lit up the Neighborhood with a mini-Griswold light display.  The Christmas preparations reached completion today with a huge round of baking Christmas Cookies!  Sous Chef Carter was a huge help.

And 10 dozen cookies later, we were done!

Carter practiced some maneuvers with Santa to make sure he was prepared in case anything happened to his sleigh.

Parker was petrified.  Hopefully nothing happens to Santa or the poor child will be permanently scarred!

We beautified the house with lots of home-made decorations.

And Parker gave Santa a quick high-five to help solidify his place on the nice list.

Finally, we made sure to leave out food for the reindeer...

With everything checked on our Christmas preparation list, we were officially ready for the man in Red!
