February seemed to fly by between trips, holidays, ice storm, a ton of work for Mom and Dad, and the some 70 degree weather! I really can't keep up with the weather these days. Here are some random pictures from the past month.
GT Sports - the boys have been all over the map with the start of Spring sports. There has been basketball, softball, tennis and baseball to watch and they really enjoy about an hour of each ;)

They love to give Buzz hugs ever since they got back from Disney. I guess the mouse cured them of their giant plush animal fear. |
|
The boys fought over who got to go to a weekend game so dad gave in and took both! |
|
They insisted on checking out the softball game on their way home. |
|
A great way to cure/cause any back pains. |

Carter got to go on field for the National Anthem before a baseball game |

Giving the players high fives during a mid-game run |

Intently cheering after a home run |
Carter - In funny Carter news this month, apparently he asked his original girlfriend from school, Audrey, to marry him. Fortunately her parents found it amusing. No word on her response. He did add the caveat that they would wait until the were older until they had the ceremony.
|
Carter built a house for Morgan. He was very disappointed when she didn't stay in it all day. |
Parker - Parker is very into school these days and gets excited when he wakes up if it is a school day. His current favorite friends are all the girls in his class. He is happiest when playing with Carter and holding lots of objects in his hand. He tries very hard to follow his big brother and is happy as long as he can keep up. He will often go to school holding his blue bear, a book, jacket, drink cup and a snack cup.

The boys borrowed this horse from a neighbor. Parker loved to ride it around the house and yell "Giddy Up". |
|
Parker has some trouble with getting the megaphone the right way but he yells "Go Jackets" regardless. |
|
Parker likes to eat all his food upside down. No matter how much you try to teach him the cheese goes up, he just doesn't like it that way.
We went to Hibachi for dinner - Parker wasn't too sure about the fire part and asked to scoot back from the table.
Brothers - The boys are basically inseparable at all times. Carter us typically in the lead with Parker following his every move. With some yucky weather, they have been putting on their best creative hats to find fun indoor games.
The built a canoe to watch some Saturday morning cartoons. Old Disney ones are a current hit.
They wanted to take a Selfie
Too cute
