Winter Sports League

We were going to take a season off from sports but we had a friend ask Colin and Parker to join a soccer league and Carter had a friend ask him to play basketball so we are back on the field.  Colin is helping coach both so we will be quite busy!

Carter is playing basketball in a 4 and 5 year old league through Upward Sports.  He has 9 kids on his team and his coach is a former player at Georgia Tech.  He is the youngest and has a ways to go but is enjoying it so far.

Practicing 'Defense'

Parker is playing soccer through i9 Sports with some kids from our neighborhood.  He had a rough first practice because dad was out of town and he was his 'coach' but he hung in there and had a little fun.

He was more excited for his first game with coach dad!

Avery had seen enough soccer and slept the whole time (smiling in her sleep).

Parker spent the first half of the game on the sidelines.

Before getting into the game and touching the ball once (by accident!).  Good news is he is excited for his next game ;)
