As school let out on Tuesday, Parker and Dad were in the carpool line to pick up Carter and head to the Suches in the North Georgia Mountains for one last camping trip of the year with some friends. With the sun going down earlier, it quickly got dark once we arrived, luckily for all the boys, the Holdens had brought light sabers for all!
The evening was very chilly (got down to 28 overnight) but none of the kids complained... in fact Carter started to shed clothing as the night went on as he was a bit too warm.

Morning came and all woke up with smiles!
After a hot breakfast and packing up, the group took a short car ride to the Long Creek Falls on the Appalachian Trail near Springer Mountain.
It was a fun hike and just the right distance for a group of 4-6 year old boys. And the water fall at the end of the trail was great

After a quick lunch it was time to head home and get cleaned up and ready for the Turkey Day to come in the morning
