This Week at School

Carter's class got an early jump on the Spring Arts Festival by visiting the school theater to see how to put on a play.  He has been really growing in math and actually did a few division problems at home recently.  In writing workshop, they are working about learning the parts of a book and creating their own books.  The class is continuing their Social Studies module on Community helpers and all presented to the class a report on a community helper they choose.  Carter picked a "Farmer".

Littles' Spring Fling Week - Avery and Parker had Spring Fling week at school which meant each day had a fun theme to dress up for.

Avery continues to enjoy school running into her class with a smile and a hug for her teachers each morning.  She continues to work on adding her sign language vocabulary and is also quickly expanding her spoken vocabulary as well as doing better at mimicking words and sounds she hears.
