Parker made full use of his final month at school. When not preparing for graduation, he was doing lots of learning, trying new things, and enjoying his final days with his friends. His favorite memories from the month were when a cow (berry) came to visit, putting on a play with Mama KoKu, winning at math bingo, and crazy hair day.
Carter had an awesome last month of first grade - Mother's Day, his birthday celebration, fun day, and an end of the year party. He also participated in the K-1 Musical, Sing a Song of Aesop. His class were crows. His class also put on a puppet show - they wrote the script and designed their puppets themselves. Carter picked George Washington as his character and has a learned a great deal about our first president in the process.
