In a very rare event, Atlanta received a solid snow fall in December. The snow started coming down Friday and left a few inches, just enough for the kids to get in a little sledding and make small snowmen.
But overnight it kept coming,,,
And we woke up to a solid 7" Saturday morning!
We spent the day outside with more sledding, snowball fights, doing snow angels, building a snow ball fort, and making giant snowman. Avery enjoyed eating the snow. Carter made it out for a bit but mainly sat in the fort dad built him as he continued to recover from his surgery a few days prior.
The snow hung around for a few days. The kids made sure to soak it up as long as possible!
