We spent our last day at Animal Kingdom and made it a big
one getting there at 7:30am and leaving just after 10:00pm.
We did every ride (including the Safari ride three times including one at night), caught
several shows and had two nice meals. The
big activity at Animal Kingdom is the new land of Pandora, based on the movie Avatar, which we visited several
times to enjoy the rides and see the area light up at night. We saw the new Rivers of Light show in the
evening. And we had a nice dinner at
Tiffins!
Avery’s favorite part was the new Pandora river and the Kali River rapid rides, Parker
loved Exhibition Everest and Carter liked the Pandora motion-simulator
ride (it was incredibly realistic).

The only disappointment to the day, was Avery wanting so badly to see the lions out during the safari ride. They were on our last evening trip... but Avery was fast asleep by the time we drove by to see them. Something to look forward to next time maybe...
