Animal Kingdom

For our last day at the parks, we went to Disney's Animal Kingdom.  Our first stop was straight to Pandora and we got right on to a ride with the Banshees.

After Pandora, we continued to Africa for Safari ride and saw most of the animals out and eating early in the morning sun.  The giraffe's were especially up close and personal for our trip.

Then time for some fun roller coaster action.  Parker really loves Everest.  Carter as well is a fan, but Parker rode it five times, 2 more than Carter's stomach could take, so he sat a few rides out.

Another safari ride, and a trip to Dinosaur, and it was soon time to call it a day and a week.

Before heading back to the airport, we were able to make one more stop.  Our hotel reservation included a free round of mini-golf for each of us.  So we played the Fantasia Fairways Miniature Golf course.  This was by far the most difficult round of mini-golf anyone has invented.  The holes were all laid out like real small golf holes.  Scoring was more like real golf as well with a par 5 taking everything you could do to make a true 5 in the hole.

Once the round completed, it was time to get on the bus and head back to the airport, and eventually home.  It was a great 5 days at the parks and the boys had a blast.  We've been here enough to know this likely was not our last time here, but were still sad to go.  Till next time!
