Christmas was more lowkey than in the past but still a wonderful and magical time. The kids received everything on their lists and more and we got to see lots of family. We spent Christmas Eve at Mimi's opening presents and having dinner. We ended the evening with the Christmas Story and then headed home to get ready for Santa. Avery took care of setting out the milk and cookies and she made sure to spread some reindeer food in the front yard. Thankfully it all seemed to work as we were well taken care of by the man in the red suit. The kids were super excited to open their presents. We were lucky to get to see Pops and Emme later in the day and have dinner with Mimi. We ended the evening celebrating with some neighbors and letting the kids play with their new toys.
