He spend the first half of the flight checking out his surroundings, chatting with his fellow passengers and bouncing on mom's legs.
We then experienced 10 minutes of all out screaming before he spent the second half of the flight passed out. The horrible, tummy turning, bumpy landing didn't even wake him up!
We made the drive to Ft. Collins and were excited to see that Bailie's Alma Mater brought out the VIPs to meet us.
That is Colorado State's mascot the ram. Don't worry we kept Parker at a safe distance to avoid any inadvertent ram horns. We spent the evening catching up with Aunt B (who tried out a new hairdo for Parker... don't think it was a hit! But he definitely liked munching on it.).
And Uncle C. Apparently, Parker had lots to tell Curtis about everything that had happened since he saw him back in February.
And was all smiles as we got ready for Bailie's wedding shower.
It was a gorgeous morning which was perfect for a garden brunch. There were tons of Vegan goodies.
It was nice to get to meet a lot of Bailie's friends. Bailie seemed to enjoy the attention.Parker definitely enjoyed getting passed between the ladies. One of the bridesmaids brought her daughter Billy who was very excited about baby Parker. Parker definitely didn't mind the extra hugs!
Here is a picture of the Burgess and Scott ladies (and Parker).
There were a few other weekend highlights besides the shower. We got to visit Bailie's work...
and Curtis' (right next door). Parker got in lots of snuggle times with Aunt Bailie.
He got to meet his cousin Felix...
Who gave him lots of wet, slobbery kisses!
And Parker enjoyed having some mommy and bed time all to himself!
We all had a great weekend and can't wait for the big event in a few weeks!
And to top of the weekend, Parker was a perfect saint on the way home!
