Halloween

Halloween on a Monday was a bit crazy, but the kids didn't seem to mind.  Parker was Pikachu, Carter was a Captain Rex of the Storm Troopers and Avery was Elsa (she made a last minute switch from Sophia the First).  Halloween started off with a parade at school for Parker and Avery and a class party with Avery afterwards.

After the school party we headed to our neighborhood party for pizza, dancing, bouncy houses and fun with neighbors.

When the party ended, the kids were ready to trick-or-treat.  We made it back to house where the boys started to head towards to hand out candy, but Avery wasn't stopping anytime soon!  Then the boys saw friends come by and decided to keep going as well.  The kids racked up the candy and walked the entire neighborhood (well Mom carried Avery half the way).  They had a blast, came home and ate one piece of candy each and crawled into bed exhausted and satisfied.
