Parker's First Day at School

Today was a big day for our littlest guy... it was his first day at school.  Unfortunately this means mom is heading back to work.  Dad had an early meeting so it was just mom and the boys.  Luckily Parker was in a good mood and was ready to meet his new friends.

Carter was a big help getting Parker ready.

He obliged me taking a quick picture but he made sure to remind me that the baby had to go and we didn't have time for pictures.

Parker is at the same Daycare as Carter.  He is in the same room Carter was in when he started and he has the same teachers.  This makes leaving him a bit easier.  He is the second youngest child in the room but definitely the smallest.  He has a good first day and took a 2-1/2 hour nap!  All the other teachers came by to meet Parker.  They all thought he was adorable (no surprise!).  His hair was quite a hit and several people said he looks like a little doll.

Carter was a little confused why the baby was coming to school with him and even more confused when we left him in the infant room.  But he quickly got over it when he saw it was snack time in his room.

It was a good first day for mom and Parker!
