When we arrived, Carter was really excited to see the cows. But first we had to go inside to see Pops and Grandmommy.
We had a nice lunch and then Pops showed the boys his old toys. The boys had a blast playing with them!
We even recognized one! The view finder was something new to Carter but familiar to Mom and Dad. Carter had a great time identifying the African safari animals on the wheel
After lunch, we took a quick family picture...
gave Grandmommy a hug...and took one last spin with the walker before heading out to find the cows.
The cows started moving as soon as we got close so we sent Carter and Pops alone to see if they could get near them.
That's Carter in the bottom right trying to get a closer peak. Unfortunately the cows didn't want to chat (there were two calved with them so they were probably overly protective). So we took some pictures outside before we headed home. Grandmommy is 98 so every trip we get to see her is very special!
Soon the boys were obviously tired so we decided to hit the road.
It was a short trip but wonderful as always to see Grandmommy!
