Carter's First Day at School

Carter's teachers took a bunch of pictures from their first day at school.  Here are some with Carter in them.

The class starts their day on the mat (they each pick an animal to sit on).  Of course, Carter is right up front.  I'm not sure if he knows the answer to the question or is waving at the camera.

Each day one student is the "Big Bunny".  They get to update the class calendar and lead the line.  Here is the class learning about the calendar.

They are very attentive listeners

After all that listening, it was snack time...  Carter appears ready for his snack.

There was art class and story time somewhere in the day.  Here is a picture of the class lined up ready to go to the playground.  Notice Carter's 'cheese' face!  And he is of course right up front again.

Once they got to the playground, Carter's choice of activities isn't surprising...
