In our recent annual 4th of July tradition, mom and dad work up early to walk and run the Peachtree respectively. The weather was hot but thankfully we all finished before the black flag with no issues. The ladies even held a second race, the Goswell, to race with a friend who couldn't make the Peachtree.
After cleaning up and a nap, we had dinner at a friend's house before setting off fireworks with the neighbors.
