Welcome Home Baby Parker

We had big plans for Sunday morning, dad and Carter were going to drop mom off at the hospital while they went to the aquarium. Less than 5 minutes after they dropped mom off, dad's phone rang with the good news... Parker is ready to come home!

They quickly turned around and came back to pick up the rest of the family. Mom quickly snapped two last pictures of Parker in his hospital home...

We got down to the car and loaded Parker in much to Carter's confusion.
Our back seat is now full of baby boys!
Carter was very sweet on the car ride home and kept trying to share his goldfish with Parker. When he got home he helped mom pick up the car seat high enough to keep the dogs away from Parker. He also practiced his "soft" petting on Parker before losing interest and going to find a book to read.

We arrived home to lots of decorations celebrating our new addition.

We spent the rest of the afternoon letting Parker get settled into his new home, trying to pick up a little around the house and entertaining Carter. Fortunately for us, the Whitney's came over and kidnapped Carter for a bit (thank you Mark and Carrie!!!).
