Saturday the whole family packed up and headed to the Holbrook's to celebrate Charlie's first birthday. Carter had a BLAST hanging out with all the kids and playing in Charlie's playroom.
While Carter was playing, Parker slept in his wrap for about 90% of the time. Back to the birthday boy...Charlie acted like a pro with opening presents and eating his cake. He started out a bit timid but ended up digging right in!
Carter on the other hand didn't like his cake too much...
I guess there are worse things than a child who doesn't like cake! Charlie was smiling the whole time and made for such a hospitable host. He even had Elmo cake pops as a treat. Big hit with the Holden House! Happy Birthday Charlie and welcome to toddlerhood!
