Our last stop of the trip was Playa Conchal where we spent 5 nights at the W. The hotel was right on the water with beautiful views of the Pacific. There were several pools, a kids club (Avery loves making slime) and lots of watercraft to use. We spent lots of time lounging at the family pool and enjoying watching the waves from our balcony. There were several restaurant options and the kids took advantage of room service while they could. The hotel is in a larger complex with several hotels, residential neighborhoods, a beach club and a golf course. The W is set in the very back nestled among mature vegetation so there was a plethora of animals on the property including lots of iguanas and howler monkeys and some cute pests like coati and blue jays.
