November

November Picture Overload!

Avery(1 year, 3 months) - Avery had her 15 month doctor appointment and little girl is still rocking the top of the charts:
Height - 32" (84th percentile)
Weight - 25 lbs 10 oz (92nd percentile)
Head Circumference - 48.3 cm (97th percentile)

She has mastered walking while holding onto a finger and short distances one her own when coaxed.  She even stood up on her own unassisted a few times recently so she may decide to finally take off one of these days!  Avery has developed an obsession with books and flags.  And her favorite place to be is outside.  She is working on countless teeth coming in though at the pace they are moving it will probably be several more months before they are all the way in.

Parker (4 years) - Parker has developed a huge obsession with art and decorating recently.  He got lots of art supplies for his birthday and our kitchen table is now regularly covered with his creations.  He also loves to put his art up around the house as "decorations".  He is also very into music and playing with his siblings.  He has an aversion for all food unless it is dessert or from Chick-fil-A or Waffle House.

Carter (5 years, 6 months) - Carter wrapped up all his extra-curricular activities this month and enthusiastically signed up for another group this winter.  We also had our first parent-teacher conference since his first trimester has ended.  Carter is incredibly enthusiastic at school, has strong math skills and gets along great with his classmates.  He is working on being a confident reader, learning by listening to others and keeping his hands to himself during circle time.

Happy Thanksgiving

After watching the Thanksgiving Day parade and National Dog Show.  The kids got dressed up before heading to Mimi's house for dinner.
Mimi did a great job with dinner including adorable meals for the boys.
We had fun taking silly pictures, stuffing our bellies and enjoying time with family.  Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
Mimi made an educational dessert with the boys by planting corn including using fish to fertilize the soil
