November

Despite the cold temperatures coming in, Dad made sure to get a few rounds of golf in and mom hit her annual milestone at the gym. We also attended a "Georgia on my Mind" birthday party as Hulk Hogan and the Devil Went Down to Georgia.

Avery (9 years, 3 months) - Avery wrapped up her Fall Soccer season. While she isn't the most athletic kid on the team she loves being part of the group and the girls on her team. The team celebrated with an end of the season trip for Mexican food and a group outing to see the Taylor Swift Concert movie.

Avery attended a friend's Royalty themed birthday party and enjoyed Thanksgiving lunch at school with dad.

She watched a lot of wrestling and wanted to take matters into her own hands when people beat her brothers. She was sad to say good-bye to dad's old car, enjoyed playing a little dress-up and made sure to prioritize self-care.

Parker (12 years) - Parker's baseball team ended their season as runner's-up in their first Perfect Game tournament. They were super proud of how far they have come!

For winter, Parker is playing basketball and wrestling at Lovett with Carter. It probably isn't a sport Parker would have chosen on his own but his growth in confidence and comfortability the first 6 weeks has been so fun to watch!

He was fortunate enough to find time to attend a few birthday parties.

And enjoyed performing in the Middle School holiday Band concert (before running straight to basketball practice).

Carter (13 years, 6 months) - Carter started wrestling on a strong note winning his bracket in a new tournament that the team entered this year. He has had a strong month on the mat and shows a lot more poise and confidence that in past years. Carter also put in a lot of effort to finish up his next Boy Scout rank and is now a Life Scout with only a few camping nights and his Service Project left to earn Eagle.

Siblings - Carter spend a weekend camping with Boy Scouts and had to visit and aquarium as part of his Oceanography badge so we made a quick trip.

The boys supported each other on the mats.

And we fit in some early holiday cheer!
