November at School

Carter had a few fun events at school this month.  The class had a cookie election where the kids made two cookies and votes for their favorite.  One of the fun first grade only events is the whole grade gets to have a Thanksgiving Feast.  Each class made a dish and shared them with the whole grade.

In addition to all the usual fun at school, Parker also had some fun November activities.  First the school presidential election finally arrived and after a month of campaigning it was time to vote. Parker's candidate Billy won and the new President immediately threw a dance party.  Later in the month Parker's class put on a Thanksgiving Feast including a play for the parents.  Parker had two lines in the show and did great!
