September

September seemed to make dad grumpy and tired....

Ha!  Actually we had a busy month with sports and activities now in full swing and mom settling into her new work routine.

Carter (7 years, 4 months) - Carter has been having fun playing his first season of flag football.  His team is young and inexperienced but he's having a great time and getting more confident each week.  He has also been having fun with his best friends including spending the night at the Gomez house and with Carter Wrigley (post-Braves game).
.

Parker (5 years, 10 months) - Parker had a great month.  He is definitely acting more grown up each day.  He is now requesting to make his own dinner (always a PB&J) and he has really stepped up his reading game.  He is enjoying baseball and while he isn't the biggest offensive power, he is a constant voice from the dugout cheering for his friends.  Parker has also updated what he wants to be when he grows up to "An illustrator, a writer and an inventor".
First full grown-up book he read
Proud after he made himself dinner
Planting a seed he found at school and brought home
Extreme measures are often required to get Parker to eat dinner

Avery (3 years, 1 month) - From the pictures, Avery is still on a car napping streak.  She also has quite the fashion sense.  Avery started ballet this month and she pays attention for about half the class, she loves having everyone come watch her perform.  Avery has started pulling out the random funny quotes now and again.  When she wants you to pay attention to her she says "May I have your attention".  When she doesn't like what someone is doing, she calls them "A mean old woman".  When she wants something from mom she says "You're too cute", "You are the best mommy ever" or "You are the nicest girl on the whole island".

Someone was pumped to learn that you can check-put cake pans from the library.  Pink Elsa cake for everyone.

Siblings - It was a fun month for the kids.  A new favorite activity of theirs is creating shows.  A monthly favorite was the puppy bowl.  The boys also had a 5 minutes of fame experience when they were interviewed by a local TV station dropping off goods with Pops and Emme for hurricane relief.

Blue Bear / Pink Bear / Blue Bear had a joint birthday party
