After our trip to Sullivan's, we detoured home via the North Georgia Mountains to Big Canoe. Mom grew up going here a few times a year to visit her grandparents but hadn't been back in 20 years and the rest of the family had never been. We stayed with some friends from our neighborhood and had a blast enjoying the cooler weather, lake activities, celebrating Grayson's birthday, dads golfing, moms antiquing, jeep trails and more.
