Hollywood Studios - Jedi Academy

It was our first trip to Hollywood Studios where Carter was old enough to join the Jedi Academy.  Dad raced to the sign up right when we got to the park and we were able to secure a spot in an afternoon session.  After some initial training, the new cadets received their robes and headed to the training area.
The kids got to practice learning some moves and how to handle the light saber (training models) to warm up.
Very serious about his training
As the training continued, a sudden change in the Force was felt and a real test showed up... Darth Vader!  Carter was really nervous before his turn (apparently he was worried that the dark side would get to him).  He was almost in tears when it was his turn to face Darth Vader, but out of now where pulled himself together, remembered all the moves from training, fought him off with extreeme seriousness, and even laughed at Darth Vader.
Darth Vader tried to get the trainees..
But they defeated him with the Force.
Having successfully repelled the dark side, they were all declared Jedi Palletens and we knew we were safe for the rest of our trip!
