This Week at School

Avery still enjoys school.  She is making great progress with sign language which makes communicating much easier than interpreting "uhh".  Her favorite activity is snack time and she has an epic meltdown if she doesn't get to take a snack with her when she leaves.  She also loves story time and art.

Avery brought home some December art this week

Parker is also happy to go to school every day.  His favorite thing in the whole world is art and he asks his teachers to do art all day long!  He is also working on handwriting and getting pretty good at it.  It's transportation month so most of their activities center around that theme.  This week was land transportation.

Carter jumped back into school after 2-1/2 weeks off!  He had a busy week with lots of reading and hand writing.  The class spent some time in the Ingen lab where they practiced making shapes with their bodies.  Lovett also celebrated 20 years hosting Breakthrough Atlanta this year.  The week ended with Founder's Day chapel where Carter was asked to be an Acolyte.  It's an all school chapel so he got to show off for the whole school.  He was very proud of his responsibility and did a great job!
