May

May was a busy month all around.  We finished up school and Spring sports, opened up pool season, had several fun parties and starting planning summer fun!

Mom and dad went to an annual Kentucky Derby party which fell on May 4th this year so we went with a Star Wars theme for our attire.  And after the party we went to a fundraiser for the boy's little league organization which was at the Braves stadium.

Mom had a ladies night out at the local wine bar followed by karaoke.  And finished up her tennis season.  It was the first season for team and it was a ton of fun!

And the fun group we went on our cruise back in February with threw a reunion party where we recreated all the fun activities on the boat including the ice bar.

Avery (4 years, 9 months) - Avery started her Kindergarten adventure with Kindergarten camp at her new school.  She spend half a day there learning the ropes and meeting the teachers.  She loved it!  She also did a swimming intensive program and is super excited to get in the pool now and show off her skills.  The rest of the month was spent playing with friends, cheering on her brothers and being a goof ball.  She also fell asleep in her food one night - it's tough being the little sister.

Parker (7 years, 6 months) - Parker's fun baseball season finally came to an end.  His team came in 2nd in the regular season and had a blast playing together.  He enjoyed it so much that he has decided to try out for the travel ball team in the Fall.  He also lost a tooth at the beach and was very excited that the Tooth Fairy was able to locate him so far away from home.

Playdate with Silas and some friends

Carter (9 years) - Carter also finished up baseball. He really started enjoying himself by the end of the season and his performance catching and at the plate showed it.  As soon as baseball ended he started his golf season and his team won their first match.

Siblings - We celebrated Cinco de Mayo with friends squeezed into a tiny booth but the kids all got a shirt.  We also hit up Six Flags (Carter's birthday request).

We spent some quality time watching movies on rainy days and the boys both attained their cub scout ranks.
