Our First "Child" Brie

So for those of you who have been to our house, you know that pre-Carter we had a baby named Brie, our oldest Yorkie. Needless to say she has been having a hard time with an actual baby in the house. She was sick for the first two weeks of Carter's life (sorry mom) and while she has been feeling better she has been hanging out as far from Carter as she can.

To add to her issues, the vet said it is time to get her teeth cleaned so on Tuesday Brie went to the vet. She lost 3 teeth but other than that she got a clean bill. They knocked her out, so when she came home she was very loopy.

We decided to take the family on a walk that evening and Brie made it half a block before she started to give up. Dad had a brilliant idea, to utilize the basket in Carter's stroller as a dog carrier. She didn't seem to mind so we'll see if she wants to do it again now that she is back on her feet.
