Sullivan's Island

Being close to Charleston means there is a lot more to do compared to a typical beach town.  We tried to fit in some favorites for everyone starting with BBQ at Rodney Scott's for dad.

The Charleston Museum - last time Carter/mom were here he was 5 and the others had never been.  There is an incredible amount of things to see.

The Charleston Aquarium - the new Sea Turtle rescue exhibit was super cool

Mini-golf and go karts

Mom, Avery and Parker hit up the Straw Market and Battery one dad...

While dad and Carter golfed

We ate out a decent amount and always prefer some place with a view!

We met up with an old High School friend of mom/dad's so we went to see the Angel Tree which was new to all of us.  It is the oldest living object in the US East of the Mississippi.

We saw a Riverdogs game, Charleston's minor league team

And hit up the USS Yorktown and Patriot's Point
