6 Month Stats

Carter had a very busy Friday starting with 2 Doctor appointments. First up was the Physical Therapist for a follow up on his Torticollis. Carter got great feedback from his therapist as his motor skills are a little beyond the expectations for a 6 month old. His range of motion is now the same on each side but he still prefers his right side and his muscles are a little stronger on that side. She said he will most likely be an early crawler so we did a little work on that. Carter loved showing off his sitting, standing and rolling skills. The little ham loves the attention for a job well done. Carter was in a great mood the whole time and he'll go back in 2 weeks for a follow up.

Then it was off to the Pediatrician for his 6 month Well Check. Carter weighs 17lb 6oz and is 25-1/2" (50th and 20th percentiles). He got 4 vaccines and the flu shot. I think it was more upsetting for me than him. Carter got the thumbs up on his progress from the pediatrician too! Our next appointment will be for his 9 month visit and luckily there are NO vaccines that time!
