We'll keep up the daily updates on Parker until the little guy comes home. Unfortunately he had a few set backs in the past 24 hours. He had to be put on the heater briefly as his body temp dropped a little low. Also he got a little aggressive with his eating after his circumcision and forgot to breath for a bit. Both appear to be isolated incidents but the Doctors want to keep him for a bit longer than originally anticipated to make sure nothing else happens.
The doctors also increased his feeding amounts today as they are still concerned he isn't eating quite enough.
On the positive side, Parker did fine with his first vaccination and passed his car seat test. He and mom have also been able to start working on feeding which seems to be going well. We're still hopeful he might be able to come home this weekend but it seems like early next week is a definite possibility now.
