Weekly Recap

September was super busy and mom/dad were going to be out of town for a few days, so we had a low key week with mom and the boys.  We did manage to fit in a visit to the Aquarium.
And the boys had to get the flu shots.  But they both did surprisingly well.  Parker loves being on the move.  He is splitting his time equally between army crawling and up on all fours.  He also loves pulling up on everything.
He has shown some interest in walking so we pulled out Carter's old push toys for him to play with.
But the boys favorite toy has recently been the high chair.
Carter's favorite part of the week was putting up his Halloween decorations.  We let him pick out a few new ones for doing so well with his flu shot.
We have discovered a multitude of new parks within a few miles of our home so we have been picking a new one to explore each week.  Carter loved the Spider rope area of this one.
Speaking of climbing....
Yes, our son is a typical toddler ;)  But thankfully he takes his safety very seriously!  The big kids have been out riding their scooters so Carter wanted to give it a try too.
The boys also had a great weekend with Grandmommy.  But you will have to take our word for it as a toddler and baby with 1 Grandmommy doesn't leave much time for photography!  We were really excited to get in a short visit with Uncle Reid who was home for fall break from NY.  Carter is very excited for Uncle Reid-o to come back for the holidays!
