Amelia Island - Part 1

With a work conference for mom at the beach, we took advantage of the opportunity to sneak a quick family vacation into our busy May.  The conference was at the Omni Resort and Conference Center on Amelia Island so we were able to drive.

We wasted no time getting to the water once we arrived spending our first afternoon at the beach and pool.

Avery was not a fan of the waves - she clinched tightly every time one crashed

We spent the evening exploring the island and enjoying life at the beach.

We spent the next day doing much of the same - morning at the beach, afternoon at the pool and the evening walking the island.
