Carter's birthday was a little different this year but it ended up being a great birthday. He celebrated with signs in the yard, signs in the house, balloons, 10 presents, a birthday zoom call and birthday calls/pictures/texts. But the big fun was his birthday drive-by with family, school friends, baseball friends and neighborhood friends which ended up turning into a large yard slip n' slide and football party. Carter had several school friends that came by and he was thrilled to see them. We ended the fun with homemade chocolate chip cookies from Mimi... Carter's request. He then had more presents to open and cupcakes to dig into.
Carter wasn't expecting to have a great birthday this year but it ended up being a perfect, 10th birthday!
