Last Day with Grandma and Grandpa

Carter started to come down with a sniffle as the weekend continued, so we decided to be a bit more low key on Parker and Carter's last day with Grandma and Grandpa Holden.  Carter has been getting a bit shaggy, so we decided to head on over to the children's barbershop to get Carter's ears lowered.  He was pretty sleepy when we got there and was not the most enthusiastic customer of the day.

The barber worked fast as Carter was not very happy sitting in his plane chair.

The clippers were much scarier this time and dad had to help keep Carter's head still

But the end results were looking good!

Carter went home to then spend the rest of the day with his Grandparents.  Including learning a new use for his new golf clubs... who knew they were so effective with basketballs?

As he had done for the majority of the weekend.  Parker worked on his sleeping poses.

It was good to see Grandma and Grandpa and we look forward to seeing them again.  Hopefully Parker will be a bit more independent and we will be able to all take little adventures throughout the city!
