Leaving on a Jet Plane!

Early last Thursday, the Holden family made their way to the airport for a great weekend! It was Carter's first plane ride, we were going to see Aunt B and there was a hippie wedding on the agenda. So much to do, in such little time.

Carter had a fun time playing with dad while waiting for the plane.


He also had time for a quick cat nap while he pondered what to do first in Colorado.

Soon it was time to board and Carter took the opportunity to stretch out and continue his cat nap. Luckily dad's lap is the perfect size for a 3 month old's bed.
He had a great time alternating between sleeping, awake time...More sleeping...Making faces at mom...

And making faces at dad.Luckily we had little TVs at our seat so Carter was able to get his daily Sport Center fix and check out some little league World Series action.

He was a great passenger. He got a good job from all the seat mates around us, including the poor man who drew the short straw and sat on our aisle. Mom and Dad rated the first plane flight an A.

Before he knew it Carter was surprised to learn that he had made it to his destination.
