4 Month Birthday Celebration

To celebrate Carter turning 4 months old, the whole family went to Georgia Tech's first home football game. Carter got all dressed up for the occasion.
We had a great time, hanging out with friends, visiting the bookstore, greeting the players at Jacket Walk....

And being outside. Carter loved hanging out with dad and checking out the sights and sounds before the game. (Warning - this picture has Holden family GT overload!)

Then it was time for a quick outfit change for Carter and we were off to the game. We walked in right as the players were taking the field and the noise of 52,000 people, the band, his protective ear muffs and his lack of nap time that morning were a bit much for Carter to take. It took dad about 15 minutes to calm his down but once he did, Carter fell asleep for almost the rest of the game. Only a baby can sleep in football stands.

Luckily, he woke up in time to snap a quick family picture.

It was a successful first football game!
