After pool time, we took a quick tour of every one's hotel rooms. This was quite the funky hotel and the tour was complete once we saw the giant rubber foot in Julie's bathroom.
After all the hotel fun, I got ready and headed over to the venue for a quick rehearsal. I was extremely fortunate to be a part of Julie's wedding party with a great group of girls!
We spent the evening enjoying a lovely meal and the fun company of everyone in town for the event. The highlight was the adorable slide show Julie put together with all sorts of cute baby pics of her and Bryan It was VERY sweet.
Colin and I woke up early (for LA) Saturday morning and grabbed a bite to eat. Then we horsed around for a bit...
Before it was time for me to head off and get beautified. Colin spent the afternoon hanging out with our friends while I got to spend the last "single" hours with the bride!
The day flew by and soon it was time to head off to the venue. The wedding was held at Vibiana, a special event facility in downtown LA. Built in 1876, it was LA's first Cathedral and served as such until the 1994 earthquake. It was a beautiful venue.
Made even more beautiful by the stunning bride and groom who were both grinning from ear to ear the entire evening.
The wedding went off without a hitch and no one tripped so it was time to party!
We spent the evening dancing, doting on the radiating bride...
and eating cake!
Unfortunately the evening ended too soon and it was time for the Holden's to head back to reality. We had a GREAT weekend and hope to see all all our friends again very soon!
