Football Saturday with the Holdens

Carter was super excited when Saturday rolled around because that meant it was time for Football!Carter and dad dressed in their GT best. Then we packed up the family dressed up the car and headed down to campus.

Carter hopped in his stroller along with Lightning (Middle Tennessee State's mascot) for a trip around campus.
Carter decided it was the prefect opportunity to show off his bee blanket and hat. "How cute am I?" Carter asked. Dad was excited to show off the sights to Carter. First stop was the Campanile.
Then we checked out the student center and headed for old campus. Carter had a rough morning with all the smiling, so he decided to take a quick nap.
Still napping at the Tech Tower. After all that walking, we were famished so we met up with some friends for lunch. Look at the cute future parents, they have no idea what they are in for ;)
Lunch was at where else.... the Varsity!

Carter was a trouper and even let Carrie and I borrow his hats for a quick picture.
He does look pretty cute in his hat!
After lunch we headed to the Jacket Walk to greet the team.
Carter got a little warm so mom decided to show off the versatility of his football leg warmers. If you want a little fun, how many GTs can you spot in this picture - yes those are logos all over Colin's pants!
Needless to say, it was a super fun, super long tailgate for Carter. So a few minutes into the game, this happened.
Carter woke up in time to see the halftime show and get his cheer on in the 2nd half. He did make sure to mix in some fun playtime as well!
It was a gorgeous day out and we had so much fun! Luckily Tech won which was icing on the cake!

  1. Could Carter get any cuter? I guess chances are slim to none that he'll be anything besides a Georgia Tech fan? ;)

And on second thought, could Carter, Carrie and you get any cuter? I think not.
