Carter was in a fabulous mood and was super excited when we told him about the day's plans.
"What's a Jonquil?" Carter wanted to know?
He then got some love from dad...
And showed off his ability to grab anything...
And then we were smiling and ready to hit the road!
We made a quick pit stop on the way at Carter's daycare to take some pictures with the Fall Display they had out front. We even got a rare family picture.
Then it was off to the festival. We got some lunch, listened to the band, watched a puppet show and wandered through lots of arts and craft booths. There was so much to look at that Carter completely wore himself out!
Good thing it was almost time to go but not before dad decided he needed a little dessert to add a sweet ending to a perfect afternoon.... Fried Oreos of course!
So we stopped to let dad enjoy his treat and gave Carter his lunch. Not quite as fun as Oreos but Carter loved it just the same... Prunes. So far, he loves to eat anything.
What a wonderful Saturday outing!
